Every hose fabricated by PIRTEK is cleaned prior to installation. Rubber dust and metal particle contamination is inherent when fabricating hose assemblies, regardless of how the hose is cut. The risks associated with introducing these contaminants to modern hydraulic systems include reduced oil and filter life, damage to close tolerance valves and pumps, increased running costs, reduced machine reliability and system performance.
